The Best Soap Of All-time December 27, 2007 This scouse soap was BRILLIANT and it should be brought back to TV as soon as possible. It was hard-hitting and realistic. My favourite character was Barry AND I loved this programme so much that I would even watch the Omnibus version on a Saturday.

brookside:unfinished business February 12, 2004 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
brookside:unfinished business is the video and dvd exclusive that reveals what exactly happens when deadly enemies get together to finally settle old scores.driven into hiding since killing tim o'leary's wife terry gibson hatches a plan to deliver both tim and his friend steve murray into his evil clutches using a liverpool escort agency and tim and steve's limo business he lures them to a remote welsh farm to exact revenge. but tim and steve are not going to make it easy for the psycho. it's time to take care of unfinished business!!!!!as i bought the video version of this release i only got to view two special features (also included on the dvd release) the first being the top ten greatest moments and the barry grant "settling up" trailer both of which are highly enjoyable.
The End is Nigh December 22, 2003 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Well, here we go again. I thought, but no hold on a minute, it's not what I expected at all. Although the storyline has gone on a little long and let's face it Soft Steve and Dim Tim would be long dead if they mixed it up with proper bad boys, but hold on this is not half bad, Brookies best characters plus a Hollyoaks babe and the meanest looking baddie in soap land since Alan Bradley. Death by tram seems tame compared to the pointed end Psycho comes to, turn away if you're squeamish, I mean it! The best thing about this is if you don't like the main feature, then unlike most DVD's, the extras are actually worth watching, in fact they are briliant. Not only are the behind the scenes fantastic, but the trailers for possible new features really whet the appetite for the future. Brookside is dead, long live Brookside!
Brilliant With excellent special features December 16, 2003 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
When i bought this to be honest i thought it would not be very good but i was wrong. It is a brill "mini" moive to end the story line. Terry gibson was brilliant. The extras are also brill. Trailers for the upcoming best moments dvd and a trailer for the barry grant special. Puls ten of the greatsest moments , commentry and story so far. If u love brookie buy it
